Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore was a Hollywood author and actress for several years. Also, she is lauded by critics. Sagittarius. She was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the oldest of children of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper as well as Anne an undergraduate student in psychology.
